I wrote this Squat Challenge because I was tired of seeing all of the viral squat challenges (that typically use some kind of body shaming body comparison picture to try motivate the exerciser; lame!) that use 100s of reps of the same squat variety. We love squats, but between the lack of comprehensive engagement of the glute muscles the fact that many reps of the same exercise is wildly boring, we thought you might like a fresh new spin (thats also much more effective) on the challenge.
